Ai fini della stipula del “contratto di programma” 2009 – 2012 Aeroporti di Puglia S.p.A. ha presentato il Piano degli interventi da realizzare sullo scalo di Brindisi Papola nel periodo di vigenza di tale contratto,  in coerenza con Il Piano di sviluppo dell’Aeroporto di Brindisi descritto nel documento “Masterplan per lo Sviluppo del Sistema Aeroportuale della Puglia”.

With this Service Charter, AEROPORTI DI PUGLIA is pleased to present our facilities at Bari and Brindisi airports, our range of services, and the quality standards to which we work. As an airport operator, AEROPORTI DI PUGLIA is responsible, under the supervision and monitoring of ENAC - the Italian civil aviation authority - for running and managing the airport infrastructure, and for coordinating and overseeing the private companies operating at the airport (under article 0 of the Italian air navigation code). The Service Charter represents AEROPORTI DI PUGLIA’s commitment to you and acts as a fundamental tool for monitoring and assessing the performance of airport service providers. To that end, we set great store by the feedback and suggestions that you may wish to give, using the dedicated coupon attached, to help us continue to improve the quality of airport services.
