 A most successful season is just behind us, as Aeroporti di Puglia records show the first nine months in 2011 a 16,6% increase in terms of total passengers from the Bari, Brindisi and Foggia airports: 4,380,055 compared with 3,756,725 of the same
2010 period. Once again, the Aeroporto del Salento in Brindisi
greatly contributed to this positive figure, and in particular the 1,562,486 passengers (compared with 1,190,732 in 2010) marked an increase of + 31,2% on a yearly basis.
