As an airport operator, AEROPORTI DI PUGLIA is responsible, under the supervision and monitoring of ENAC - the Italian civil aviation authority - for running and managing the airport infrastructure, and for coordinating and overseeing the private companies operating at the airport (under article 0 of the Italian air navigation code). The Service Charter represents AEROPORTI DI PUGLIA’s commitment to you and acts as a fundamental tool for monitoring and assessing the performance of airport service providers.
