All Aeroporti di Puglia S.p.A. employees must abide by current Italian and European laws, as well as by laws issued by relevant Authorities, be it national or international, as the case may imply for enforcing pertinent regulations. Employees must also follow company procedures, directives as well as hereby given guidelines.
The particular sector our company operates in is experiencing a continuous change process, posing legal and ethical issues that need to be addressed.
However, the following guidelines must not be considered as a “ruling code”, but rather as a first helpful guide to a sensitive and responsible company life, in order to implement regulations to which all Seap employees, consultants, contractors, contributors, suppliers and subcontractors must abide by.
The following ethical code will be constantly updated, also considering legal changes and actual feedback of its results.
