AEROPORTI DI PUGLIA primary mandate is to manage the Apulian airport system. All this encompasses project planning, development and management of all necessary infrastructures, for both aviation and non aviation services.
In particular, aviation activities include, among others, the following services:
Management of centralized infrastructures;
Passengers, taxiing and cargo assistance;
Airport handling assistance: currently ADP manages all ground services for all airlines except Alitalia, who manages its own handling in Bari and Brindisi;
Safety systems: our company has acquired all necessary equipment to be able to perform thorough controls on hold baggage and cargo, as it became mandatory in January 2003.
Since March 2002, Bari and Brindisi are equipped with up-to-date control services on all passengers, both departing and transiting, along with hand baggage check equipment. In Foggia and Taranto these services have been outsourced to contractors complying with Italian D.M. 18/99 regulations;

Non aviation activities include:

Subconcessions to third parties of offices, hangars and space for car rentals, restaurants, bars, and aircraft refueling;
Subconcessions for managing advertising areas;
Management of toll parking areas for departing passengers.
