AEROPORTI DI PUGLIA, S.p.A., is a stock capital company. Stock capital is almost entirely owned by the Apulian Regional Administration. Seap manages under a 40-year license the entire Apulian airport system, namely the airports of Bari, Brindisi, Foggia and Taranto-Grottaglie.
SEAP’s goal is to achieve and maintain a modern and efficient airport management, with high level standards, wholly integrated with its pertaining territory and able to facilitate a seamless economic and social growth process.
Under such regulations Seap implements planning strategies of its activities and infrastructural projects, i.e. the Apulian Airports Master Plan and the Territorial Wide Area Plans for the airports of Bari and Brindisi.
Such strategies outlined factual Regional airport assets, hinged on all four Regional airports, pinpointing specific development dynamics for each airport and integration plans with different transport modes.
These decision-making processes have facilitated operating aspects, their relevant funding sources and better cooperation strategies with the surrounding territory.
The International Airport of Bari, the airport of Brindisi Salento, the platform logistics of Taranto and the renewed Grottaglie airport Gino Lisa of Foggia, are a tangible sign of the new trend of Apulia airport system.
